You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove or secure any items that could be damaged during service. While we take great care to protect your property, you acknowledge that tree work involves inherent risks.

Urban Timber Casa Grande Tree Service maintains proper insurance coverage. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage caused by acts of nature, or damage resulting from conditions that were not disclosed prior to service.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree removal services are available 24/7. Emergency services may be subject to different pricing due to the urgent nature of the work and potential after-hours scheduling.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you experience any issues related to our services, please contact us within 30 days. We will work with you to address any legitimate concerns.

However, we cannot guarantee that trees will survive pruning or other treatments, as tree health depends on many factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Urban Timber Casa Grande Tree Service shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services.
